Lost Hills Solar Project
- A Crimson affiliate has executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for a 2.2 MW solar plant at the Crimson operated Lost Hills oil field
- The solar plant is located on-site at Lost Hills and will supply electricity to the oil field
- Construction is complete and the solar project is expected to be online in January 2021
- The electricity generated from the solar plant will reduce the amount of utility power consumed by the Lost Hills field, lowering the lifecycle carbon emissions of transportation fuels in California
- Crimson is exploring opportunities to expand the plant size to further reduce its consumption of carbon-based utility power

N. Midway-Sunset Solar Project
- Construction of the MWSS 23A Solar Facility began on November 29th
- Crimson has executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for a 1.1 MW solar plant
- Crimson’s Solar Plant will be installed on Crimson’s 23A lease which is approximately 2.5 miles northwest of the 25A oil field
- Plant will take up approximately 10 acres of surface
- Power will be consumed at the 25A lease
- Opportunity to expand the plant size over time
- Project will be Crimson’s 2nd solar development after successful construction of a solar plant at the Lost Hills field
